Hi, I’m Abi!

I’m someone who fell head over heels for sauna! Not the fancy, spa-day kind, but the rough-round-the-edges, wood-fired, soul-soothing kind. The kind that slows you down, clears your head, and somehow makes everything feel a bit more... possible. Sauna’s changed how I see the world, and now I want to share that magic with people just like me.

This little garden sauna is just the beginning. My dream? To bring bigger, communal sauna spaces to Woodhall Spa and the surrounding area - warm, welcoming places where people can gather, breathe, sweat, and reset. No pretension, no pressure - just heat, nature, and good old-fashioned presence.
