We’re located at Five Trees Cottage, Main Road, Stixwould, LN10 5HP opposite the triangle crossroads on the Stixwould road side.
You can park on the driveway or use on-street parking nearby.
It should be easy to find - just look for the “Five Trees Sauna” sign.

Two towels (we do not provide towels!):
– one to sit on in the sauna
– one to dry off afterwardsFull water bottle (you’ll have access to re-fills)
Flip flops (optional, but great!)

Your own essential oils or treatments (we provide these for you)
Jewellery - can burn your skin in the sauna
Alcohol - we have a strict no-alcohol policy and reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if you arrive intoxicated

We have communal (mixed, non-private) changing facilities, which are secure and can be used in turns if you’d like privacy.
In winter months, please bring warm layers.
We recommend arriving ready to sauna with swimwear on to maximise your sauna time. -
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can talk you through everything.
The most important thing is to listen to your own body - everyone is different.
We recommend:10–15 minutes in the sauna
Followed by a cold shower, cold plunge, or simply relaxing outside by the fire pit - whatever feels right for you
Guests are not permitted to operate the stove, but you are welcome to ladle water onto the stones using the equipment provided.
Please do not add essential oils directly to the stove.
The sauna typically runs between 70–80°C. -
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your booking to receive a refund.
You may reschedule up to 4 hours before your session with no cancellation or rescheduling fee.
